Lift up your eyes to God and to others
We desire to be a Faith Family who, out of the overflow of our seeing and savoring Christ together, are taking personal risks to bring the good news of Jesus to those in our relational sphere of influence—resulting in 1% of Washington coming to faith in Jesus.
We see that a growing love for Jesus will be the engine that drives our investments in our everyday mission fields, resulting in the multiplication of dozens of disciple-making friendships that are strengthening one another to live with Jesus and for Jesus in all of life, starting with our families.
We will be a church not merely known for its gospel-teaching, but also for its gospel-training. Imagine that it becomes more and more normal to ask “WHO’S next” rather than “what’s next” as disciple-making becomes a way of life rather than an event.
The church was never meant to be only a place, but rather a people that fill every place with the presence and power of God. Just as Jesus challenged His disciples to “LIFT UP [THEIR] EYES AND SEE,” so we will respond to the Holy Spirit’s prompting to join God in what He is doing in the lives of those He’s placed in our path.
