Shepherds & Flocks

Everyone who identifies with the Faith family is assigned to a shepherd. Our shepherds are trained to mentor and minister to each person in their flock. Each shepherd has a flock of 6-13 members. 

Shepherds consistently pray for the specific needs of each member of their flocks. They help flock members grow and equip them for fruitful service. Some flocks meet as Sunday morning discussion groups. Some meet as small groups. Some shepherds have formed disciple-making triads with two flock members who want to take their walk with Christ to the next level.
